MOHIT PAPER MILLS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 read with regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 14th November 2024 to inter-alia, to consider, and approve the un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024 along with limited review report thereon, amongst other items mentioned in the agenda. In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Practices & Procedures for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015 the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed for all Insiders with effect from 1st October, 2024 and shall open after 48 hours of the declaration of the above referred financial results.
