In this connection, as per Company's Code of Practices & Procedures for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has already been closed for all Insiders and their immediate relatives with effect from July 01, 2025 and shall open after 48 hours of the declaration of the above referred financial results.
