The Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company will be closed from Friday, June 24, 2022 to Thursday, June 30, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. The Record date (Cut-off date) is Thursday, June 23, 2022.
