Recommendation of Final Dividend on equity shares at 2 % on equity shares of Rs. 1/- each, amounting to Rs. 0.02 Per share. 3. Appointment of M/S BABUBHAI PATEL & ASSOCIATES (FRN: 100816W), CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS as an Internal Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2025-26. 4. Appointment of M/s. A.
