Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for trading in securities will be closed from Thursday, 01 January, 2026 till 48 hours from the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2025.
