To consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended on 30.06.2024 2. Any other matter with the permission of Chairperson In continuation to our communication dated 27 June, 2024 and in terms of the Code of Conduct of the Company for trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated persons ("the Code"), the Trading Window for transactions in the equity shares of the Company has been already closed from 1st July, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30.06.2024. (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of announcement of aforesaid Un-audited Financial Results.
