(1) Messers Moore Singhi Advisrors, LLP as Internal Auditors (2) Messers Doshi Chatterjee Bagri & Co, LLP as Tax Auditor. Furthermore, upon the recommendations of the Audit Committee the Board has also approved subject to shareholders approval at the upcoming AGM the appointment of Mr. P.V. Subramanian, as Secretarial Auditor for a five year term.
