Considering the recommendation made by the Audit Committee the consent of board be hereby accorded for appointment of M/s Govilkar & Associates, Chartered Accountants bearing Firm registration number 119099W as the statutory auditor of the company from the conclusion of the forthcoming annual general meeting till the conclusion of every sixth meeting and on approval of members in annual general meeting, at a remuneration to be decided in consultation with it.
