Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 20215, as amended, and in accordance with the code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons for trading in Company"s Shares/Securities, the trading window shall remain closed with effect from 03rd July, 2025 for the Purpose of Consideration and Approval of Unaudited Financials Result for the Quarter ending on 30th June, 2025. The trading window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the said financials result, when the information becomes generally available. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managing Personnel and Designated Persons and Their Immediate relatives shall not trade in Company''s Shares/Securities.
