After the sad demise of Mr. R. Gopalakrishnan, Director of the Company on 4th March 2024, the Board of Directors of the Company by Circular Resolutions passed on 18th March 2024 reconstituted the Board Committees wherein Mr. R. Gopalakrishnan was either Chairman or Member.
