Mehta & Partners, Company Secretaries, Ahmedabad as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused for conducting the Secretarial Audit of the Company for the financial year 2025-26, who shall hold office up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
