Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time) and the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from April 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with Stock Exchange. The date of meeting of Board of Directors to approve the Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2024, will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all Board Members and Designated Persons are informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
