This has referenced to our intimation dated February 22, 2022 wherein we intimated the details of about receipt of resignation letter from Ms. Dhwani Dave, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, intending to resign from the post w.e.f. April 1, 2022. The Company has accepted her resignation and Ms. Dhwani Dave is deemed to be disassociated with the Company w.e.f. April 1, 2022. The Company has initiated the process of searching the new person for appointment as Chief Financial Officer and details of new Chief Financial Officer will be informed to the Stakeholders in due time.
