Pursuant to the provisions of regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has approved the shifting of registered office of the Company within the local limits of Prayagraj from 332, Shervani Nagar, Sulem Sarai, Harwara, Prayagraj (UP)- 211011 to 2, Kanpur Road, Prayagraj- 211001 w.e.f 03-03-2025.
