Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the trading window of the Company is already closed from 01st October, 2023 and will open 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023, intimation of which has already been provided to BSE as on September 29, 2023.
