Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the trading window of the Company is already closed from 01st July, 2023 and will open 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023, intimation of which has already been provided to BSE as on June 28, 2023.
