Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of SEBI(LODR), 2015, we are submitting herewith the Annual Report of the Company for the FY 2023-24 along with notice of 33rd AGM of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 17th September, 2024 at 11:30 a.m. through video conferencing/ other audio visual means to transact the business as set forth in the notice of the AGM. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR), 2015 the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 14th September, 2024 to 17th September, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 33rd AGM of the Company.
