We hereby inform you that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 15th August, 2024 to Wednesday, 21st August, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 35th Annual General Meeting of the Company. Please note that e-voting period starts from 9.00 am on Saturday, 17th August, 2024 and ends at 5.00 pm on Tuesday, 20th August, 2024. Further, we inform you that Wednesday, 14th August, 2024 is the cut-off date for the purpose of offering e-Voting facility to our members in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the 35th Annual General Meeting.
