The Company has fixed Wednesday, September 17, 2025 as "Record Date" for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive dividend. The dividend, if declared at the 38th AGM, will be paid on or after September 24, 2025 and shall be subject to deduction of TDS, as applicable.
