Approval of Standalone Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024 in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and taken on record the 'Limited Review Report' thereon as provided by Statutory Auditors of the Company, which has been duly reviewed by Audit Committee and the same is enclosed herewith.
