Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ['SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015'], please be informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. July 30, 2025 has considered and approved the followings: 1) the Un-Audited Financial Results (Both Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2025 (copies enclosed), pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 along with the Limited Review Reports thereon. The said financial results are duly reviewed by the Statutory Auditors of the Company, the copies of the Limited Review Reports are also enclosed herewith as for your reference and record. The meeting was originally scheduled at 03:00 P.M., however, commenced at 03:30 P.M. and concluded at 04:45 P.M.
