Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Company has fixed Thursday, August 14, 2025 as the record date for the purpose of 40th Annual General Meeting and determining the Members eligible for dividend on equity shares, subject to approval of the members at 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company. Therefore, the Register of Members and Share Transfer books will remain closed from Friday, August 15, 2025, to Thursday, August 21, 2025 (both days inclusive).
