Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - Unaudited Financial Results (standalone) for the half year ended 30th September 2025, Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, inter alia, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (standalone ) for the half year ended 30th September 2025 along with the Limited Review Report issued by Statutory Auditors and recommended by the Audit Committee of the Company.
