Please note that, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has already been closed from 01st October, 2023 and shall remain closed upto 48 hours of declaration of Financial Results of the Company i.e. upto 10th November, 2023.
