To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2025 (Q1) along with the Limited review Report made by the Auditors of the Company; 2. To consider and approve the draft Director's Report along with its annexures and Corporate Governance Report for the financial year 2024-25. 3.
