Carraro India Limited has informed the Exchange about receipt of subsequent Show Cause Notice dated 24th February, 2025 to initial Show Cause Notice dated 13th February, 2025 which was submitted to the Exchange on 14th February, 2025. Vide Subsequent Show Cause Notice, the contention of Income-tax department has significantly been revised downwards.
