Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended as on March 31, 2024. Financial Results were duly reviewed by the Audit Committee and thereafter approved by the Board of Directors of the Company. 2. Recommendation of final dividend (F.Y 2023-24) on the Equity Shares of the Company @ 30% i.e., Rs. 3 per equity share.
