Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), and in continuation to our letter dated 04th November 2025, we hereby report the outcome of the meeting of the Board of Directors held today, i.e. Friday, 07th November, 2025, inter-alia, to consider and approve the following: 1. Considered and approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2025 together with the Limited Review Report by the Auditors.
