This is to inform you that pursuant to the provision of Reg. 42 of SEBI (LODR) Reg, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the Company shall remain closed during the period from Wednesday, 20th September, 2023 to Tuesday, 26th September, 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 36th AGM of the Company to be held on 26th September, 2023.
