We refer to our earlier Letter No. CFPL/SEC/BSE/9746/2024-2025 dated 26th May, 2025 informing you that the meeting of the Board of Directors is convened on Thursday, 29th May, 2025 to consider amongst other business the consideration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2025. Accordingly the meeting of Board of Directors was held today in which the Board of Directors, have considered, approved and taken on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2025. The said Board Meeting was commenced at 03.30 P.M. (i.e. 15:30 Hrs) and concluded at 04.30 P.M. (i.e. 16:30 Hrs).
