Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share transfer Books of the Company shall remain Closed from Saturday, 20th December, 2025 to Friday, 26Th December, 2025 (Both days inclusive) for the 58th AGM of the Company scheduled to be held on 26th December, 2025.
