Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we regret to inform you that a fire broke out on Friday, September 19, 2025 at 6.15 pm at our Unit-I plant located at Plot No. 169, Phase II, GIDC, Vapi - 396195, Dist. Valsad, Gujarat. First fire was noticed in Electrical Transformer which spread to Electrical PCC room, VFDs, ACBs, LT and HT cables, etc. The fire was controlled by using in-house firefighting systems and also fire tenders from GIDC, Vapi. The Company has Industrial All Risk Policy and the claim has been lodged. The estimated monetary loss is approximately Rs. 4 crores and the estimated production loss is approximately 2300 MT.
