Board recommends Dividend (AGM on June 23, 2014)
CMC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 14, 2014, inter alia, has recommended for consideration of the Shareholders at the ensuing 38th Annual General Meeting to be held on June 23, 2014 payment of dividend at the rate of Rs. 22.50 per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2014 to be paid on or after June 25, 2014 but before July 23, 2014.
