In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading , the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the company shall remain close for all designated persons and their immediate relatives , from January 01, 2025 till 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited financial results of the company for quarter and nine month ended December 31, 2024.
