With reference to the captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e., Thursday 12th October, 2023, appointed Mr. Nikunj Haresh Gatecha (Mem No. A57115) as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company w.e.f 12th October, 2023.
