This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held at 2:00 p.m. today, i.e. Thursday, the 12th of June, 2025 at the registered office of the Company approved and took on record the details of carpet area sanction received, as on date, for which all concerned premiums/ sum have been paid up, by K Raheja Corp Real Estate Pvt Ltd, to the concerned authorities.
