GYR Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Open Offer") has submitted to BSE a copy of Recommendations of the Committee of Independent Directors (IDC) pursuant to Regulation 26(7) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 as amended ("SEBI (SAST) Regulations") in relation to the Open Offer, to the public shareholders of Shilp Gravures Ltd ("Target Company").
