Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we hereby disclose of acquisition/disposal of securities under Regulation 7(2) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that Param Foundation Private Limited a Promoter of the Company has transferred/sold 1.5% of equity share capital to Maan Resources Private Limited, a non promoter entity at an aggregate consideration of Rs. 85,00,125/- (per quarter) as an off-market transaction.
