Consider and approve the Board's Report of the company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2024; 2. Consider and approve the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2024; 3. Modification in the tenure of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Sodhani, Managing Director of the Company from 5 years to 3 years 4. Modification in the tenure of Mr. Devi Dutt Agarwal, Whole Time Director of the Company from 5 years to 3 years.
