Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and Dhanlaxmi Cotex Ltd''s Code of Conduct for Insiders", the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) from close of business hours of 31st March, 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2025.
