CENTUM ELECTRONICS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/11/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the second quarter ended 30th September, 2024. This notice is pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, in continuation to our disclosure on Trading Window Closure dated 26th September, 2024 pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company till 14th November, 2024.
