Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all the "Directors, Officers and Designated Persons" and their Immidiate relatives from July 01, 2025 till 48 hours from the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for quarter ended June 30, 2025.
