Pursuant to Regulation 30, 30A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Clause 5A of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, we hereby like to inform that Mr. Ramakant Sagarmal Biyani, Ms. Neelam Ramakant Biyani and M/s. GSB Securities Private Limited (selling promoters) have entered into a Share Purchase Agreement on 29.11.2024 with Mr. Vivek Kumar Singhal, Mr. Kshitij Agarwal, M/s. Nivesh Mandi Private Limited and Mr. Kshitij Agarwal (Representative of M/s. Stock Mandi) (Acquirers) proposed to acquire 33,14,820 equity shares constituting 55.25% of issued, subscribed, paid-up and voting share capital of the Company.
