Pursuant to the Resolution Plan approved by the NCLT Order dated 11th July 2024 and pursuant to the Merger of Axis Solution Private Limited into Asya Infosoft Limited, the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 6th September 2024, approved the change in the Objects Clause of the Company in line with the Transferor and Transferee Company and approved the change in the Authorised Capital clause by increase in the Authorised Share Capital of the Company from INR 27 Crores (Post Merger Combined Capital to INR 50 Crores divided into 5 Crores equity shares of INR 10 each.
