Pursuant to Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 the designated person have been notified regarding the closure of the Trading Window from June 24, 2024 till July 17, 2024 and that the Trading Window shall open on July 18, 2024 i.e., 48 (forty-eight) hours after the financial results are made public.
