We refer to our letter dated 25th March 2021 intimating the Record Date for the purpose of cancellation/ extinguishment of the entire share capital of the Company in terms of the Resolution Plan approved by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench by its order dated 31st January 2020. Pursuant to approved Resolution Plan, the entire share capital of the Company is cancelled and extinguished. Accordingly, all shares held by the promoters as well as public shareholders and listed at BSE have become NIL and such shareholders have ceased to become the shareholders of the Company.
