As per the Company''s ''Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading in the Shares of the Company by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives'' framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window will be closed from April 1, 2025, to May 30, 2025, both days inclusive.
