Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s code of conduct, the Trading window for trading in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Designated persons and their immediate relatives w.e.f. April 01, 2025 till completion of 48 hours after the audited financial results of the Company for the half year and financial year ended March 31, 2025, generally made available to the public.
