Based on the recommendation of NRC, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Anil Kumar Behl (DIN: 00697588) as an Additional Director and Managing Director of the Company with immediate effect i.e., December 09, 2025 4. Authorization to KMPs of the Company w.e.f. December 09, 2025 for determining material events/ information and intimating details to the stock exchange(s) under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations as Annexure D.
