Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday 17th July, 2024 to Tuesday, 23rd July, 2024 (both days inclusive) and Record date is fixed as Tuesday 16th day of July, 2024 for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders for the Dividend for the year ended 31st March, 2024 @ Rs.0.10 (Rupees Ten Paise per equity share) and the 67th AGM of the Company to be held on 23rd July, 2024.
